Gum Pre-Blends
Multi-Kem can provide off-the-shelf or custom-tailored, ready to use pre-blends of hydrocolloids to formulate bakery mixes that thicken, stabilize, provide “body”, and improve performance characteristics. Such blends contribute to manufacturing and handling efficiency, simplicity and standardization, before, during, and after processing operations.
By purchasing a pre-blended thickening system that contains the precisely correct grades of dry gums in an absolutely correct ratio, the user saves time and money, synergistically improves the effect of individual ingredients, and removes uncertainty regarding end product properties.
